Delivery Policy

At Chef Jon Israel Cookies and Cakes, we take pride in hand-delivering fresh, homemade cookies and cakes straight from our kosher home kitchen to your doorstep.

Delivery Areas & Hours

We currently deliver to the following areas:

• Riverdale

• Yonkers

• Westchester County

Delivery hours:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Need a delivery outside these hours? Contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air. 

Buyer is reposnible for shipping fees which be calculated and paid at time of purchase.

Order Placement & Cut-Off Times

We ask that all orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

Need something sooner? We understand! Contact us for rush order availability. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our baking schedule and inventory.

Delivery Fees

• Riverdale (Bronx): FREE

• Yonkers, Westchester: $10

Fees cover transportation and tolls

Delivery Coordination

During checkout, please:

• Provide a cell phone number

• Leave a note with your preferred delivery date and time window

We will text you to confirm delivery details. Please reply to confirm availability.

Time Requests

We will do our best to honor specific delivery time requests, but availability may vary depending on our schedule and location.

Packaging & Handling

Each order is packaged with care to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.
Have special packaging needs (e.g., gifting, custom messages)? Let us know when placing your order!

Full payment is required before we begin baking.

Modifications & Cancellations

• Modifications: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance

• Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours in advance: Full refund

  • Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable​

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address and time

• Include special delivery instructions when placing your order (e.g., building access, doorbell not working, leave with doorman)​

Delivery Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

We do our best to communicate and deliver reliably, but certain factors are out of our control.
