Chef Jon Israel Cookies and Cakes is a home-based bakery operating under the New York State Cottage Food Law.

We are a registered Home Processor through the New York Department of Agriculture.

Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website, email, or through our instagram

Advance Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all orders to ensure quality and availability.
Rush Orders: Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability. Additional charges may apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering to confirm your order.

We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Delivery

We offer local delivery within Riverdale, Yonkers, and Westchester. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately.

Shipping

We offer shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air.

Buyer is reposnible for shipping fees which be calculated and paid at time of purchase.

Liability

We take care to package all baked goods securely. However, once your order has been delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for any damage incurred.
We are also not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery information.

Cancellations & Modifications

Delivery Orders: Orders canceled 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Changes to orders may be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
Shipping Orders: If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once baking has started, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations. Orders canceled before baking begins will receive a full refund.

Kosher Kitchen Information

All of our cookies and cakes are baked in a kosher home kitchen using only kosher-certified ingredients. We maintain kosher practices in our preparation, baking, and handling processes to uphold the standards of a kosher home.

Please note: While all of our baked goods are made in a kosher kitchen with kosher ingredients, Chef Jon Israel Cookies and Cakes does not currently operate under rabbinical supervision and does not have a hechsher (kosher certification). If you require certified kosher products, please take this into consideration before placing your order.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We use common allergens such as PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, WHEAT, DAIRY, EGGS, and SOY in our kitchen. Even if a product does not contain a specific allergen, it may have come into contact with it.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
Chef Jon Israel Cookies and Cakes is not responsible for any allergic reactions or intolerance-related issues.

We take pride in delivering delicious, high-quality baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us right away. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
